Teaching Schedule

  • Resilient Flow Wednesdays 5:30pm

    Located at Resilient Soul Yoga in downtown Loveland, this well rounded class starts mindfully and flows into a stronger pace, building stamina and cardio health.

    Music is set to an uplifting and upbeat pace as we work to create heat in the body and move breath-to-movmement. This class is designed for students looking for more movement and building into intermediate poses with guidance along the way.

    The class ends with rest and reintegration to ensure that you leave feeling accomplished, clear minded, and strong in your body.

  • Yin Yoga Wednesdays 7pm (75 min)

    Located at Resilient Soul Yoga in downtown Loveland, slow down and simply BE in this class, allowing your nervous system the deep reset it craves.

    Yin benefits the body with (mostly floor-based) poses, held for 1- 5 minutes, restoring length & space in constricted muscles & connective tissue.

    Yin benefits the mind as an introspective practice supported by intentional & mindful breathing. You'll enjoy the generous use of props to support the body and encourage release.

  • Morning Vibrations Thursdays 8:30am

    Located at Resilient Soul Yoga, Set the tone for your day by raising your vibration!!

    We will incorporate meditation and different forms of yogic breath with movements that develop strength, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind & breath. You will be given time to explore each posture and the breath as we move.

    This class will end with an opportunity to sink into your mat as you "bathe" in the sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls & other healing instruments.

    All levels are welcome and encouraged!
